Our Facility
Zhekuang's manufacturing base sits in Heping Town Industrial Park, Changxing, Zhejiang, alongside a dedicated Renewable Resources Production and Research Center. More than 500 engineers and production staff build the full equipment range here, from single crushers to complete plant systems.
Manufacturing Capability
Core components across the entire product chain — crushing chambers, eccentric shafts, frames, and control systems — are machined and assembled in-house on heavy-duty CNC equipment. This keeps tolerances, delivery schedules, and costs under our own control rather than a supplier's.
Heavy Machining
Gantry machining centers and large vertical lathes process main frames and moving cones weighing up to tens of tons, holding the precision that crusher life depends on.
Quality Control and Load Testing
Every machine passes scheduled inspection and load testing before shipment, following ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 certified management systems.
Forging Heritage
The plant traces back to a 1983 forging factory; four decades of metalworking practice sit behind today's wear parts and heavy castings.
